Has earned $200,000 a year in income for the past two years and has a reasonable expectation  of doing so in the future, or

Has a net worth of $1,000,000, including home and automobile.

Corporations,  Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Trusts which:

Have total assets in excess of U.S. $ 5,000,000 and were  not formed for the purpose of investing in Marathon's funds.
